One-to-One Energy Healing Sessions

Not at all. Whether this is your very first session or you’ve explored this work before, you are deeply welcome. Every session is intuitively guided and uniquely tailored to your energy, your story, and what you're ready to receive.

All sessions are held remotely. There are no live calls or Zoom meetings — simply a sacred energetic space, held for you across time and distance. You rest comfortably at home while the energy flows.

Begin by filling in the short enquiry form. If it feels aligned, I’ll invite you to complete your intake form and guide you through the next steps to book your session.

Once I’ve confirmed your enquiry, you’ll be asked to complete a detailed intake and consent form. It’s thoughtfully designed and divided into sections — it won’t take forever, but it isn’t a quick tick-box either. This form is important: it supports ethical practice, safeguarding, insurance, and legal clarity should anything arise.

You’ll also upload a recent photo and your healing intention within the form. This information allows me to tune in safely and respectfully, so your session is trauma-informed and aligned with what you truly need.

Once I’ve received and reviewed your responses, I’ll send a private link for you to book and pay for your session. You’ll also receive a grounding meditation and gentle guidance on how to begin.

The time you book is the time I begin your healing. There’s no call or invitation — your presence is the invitation.

Please create a quiet, comfortable space where you can lie down or sit undisturbed. Turn off distractions, light a candle if you’d like, and settle in. I’ll send you a grounding meditation to support you in arriving gently. All you need to do is be open, still, and present to receive.

Yes — in fact, I encourage it. When you share your intention on the intake form, it helps shape the energetic direction of the session. That said, your energy may guide us to work with something unexpected or deeper, too — always in a way that honours you.

No. This is a distance-based energy practice — no video, no phone calls. The session is energetic, sacred, and quietly held. You simply rest and receive.

Every experience is unique. You may feel warmth, tingling, gentle waves of emotion, or deep calm. Some people feel very little during the session, while others may cry, cough, sneeze, yawn, or even experience an emotional outburst — all of these are completely natural responses.

These physical expressions are often the body’s way of releasing what it no longer needs. After your session, you might feel lighter, more grounded, or a little tender as your system integrates the shift. Whatever arises, trust that your body knows exactly what to do.

Some people feel sensations, others don’t — both are valid. Energy healing works beneath the surface, even if your experience is quiet or subtle. Your system may be receiving exactly what it needs, even if it doesn’t show up in big ways.

Absolutely — if it helps you feel grounded and connected, you’re welcome to create a sacred space with music, scents, or objects you love. Just keep it simple and soothing, so your nervous system stays relaxed and open.

Yes, though I encourage you to give yourself some spaciousness if you can. You may feel calm, sleepy, emotional, or gently reflective. I’ll send you written aftercare and intuitive guidance to support your integration.

After your session, you’ll receive a series of gentle support emails to help you integrate and reflect:

1. Post-Session Summary – Includes session notes, intuitive messages or oracle insights, aftercare advice, and any home practices (like breathwork, journaling prompts, or crystal suggestions)

2. Integration Support – Arrives a few days later with further guidance, reminders of what you might continue to feel, and optional practices like affirmations or self-reflection prompts

3. Reflection & Testimonial Invitation – An optional space to share your experience, if and when it feels right

Each message is designed to support you softly, helping the work land in your body and life — in your own rhythm, in your own time.

That depends on where you are in your journey. Some clients feel a shift after one session. Others benefit from ongoing rhythm and support. You are always welcome to begin slowly and feel what your body and spirit need.

Yes. Energy healing is a supportive complement to other care — not a replacement. It can help calm the nervous system, release stored emotion, and reconnect you with your own rhythm while you move through other healing paths.

Yes — energy healing is gentle, non-invasive, and generally considered safe during pregnancy. Many women find it deeply supportive in easing emotional tension, calming the nervous system, and reconnecting with their body during this transformative time.

While some practitioners may advise caution during the first trimester, there’s no inherent reason why energy healing (including Reiki) should be avoided. That said, it’s always wise to honour your own intuition and needs.

Communicate with your healthcare provider:
It’s a good idea to let your doctor or midwife know if you’re receiving complementary therapies like Reiki or energy healing, especially if you’re working through specific symptoms or concerns.

Listen to your body:
Pay attention to how you feel before, during, and after your session. If anything feels uncomfortable, you are always encouraged to share it. This is your healing — and your safety, comfort, and agency come first.

Please mention your pregnancy on your intake form so I can tailor your session with care and intention.

Only with the right permissions. If you’re considering booking on behalf of someone else, including a child, please email me first.

For legal and ethical reasons:

• Clients must be 18 or older to receive oracle guidance or intuitive messages.

• I can offer energy healing for children under 18, but only with full consent from a parent or legal guardian, and with appropriate safeguarding in place.

• The person receiving the session must complete their own intake form (or in the case of a child, the guardian must do so), as it includes important medical and consent information.

No. Any intuitive messages or oracle insights I share are offered gently and symbolically — not as predictions. They are for reflection and inner connection, not decision-making or fortune-telling.

If you need to cancel or postpone your session, please notify me in writing via the contact form at www.crystalstreamhealing.com/contact at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice are considered used and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

You are entitled to one reschedule per session (single or bundle) if proper notice is given.

If I need to cancel a session, I will notify you as soon as possible and refund any payments made within 14 days via BACS transfer.

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase.

• If no sessions have taken place, a full refund will be issued.

• If part of the service has been used, a pro-rata refund will apply.

• After this 14-day period, all purchases are final — non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for other services.

Bundle Usage & Scheduling

• Light Touch Bundle (3 sessions) is valid for 90 days from purchase.

• Core Healing Path (4 sessions) is valid for 183 days from purchase.

• Deep Healing Journey (6 sessions) is valid for 365 days from purchase.

All sessions must be booked and used within these periods. Sessions cannot be scheduled past the expiry date. You may book up to 60 days in advance. Availability is released on a rolling basis to allow for balance and seasonal alignment.

Unused sessions after expiry will be forfeited — they cannot be carried forward, refunded, or transferred.
